Does Raena AI cost money?

Answer: You can use Raena AI completely free! However, we have affordable paid plans with many more features and no free tier limits.

How does it work?

Answer: Simply paste any text or upload a file containing learning material and submit. Raena AI will do the rest!

Can I cancel my subscription?

Answer: Yes, you can cancel anytime from your account billing. Once the subscription is cancelled, you will not be charged again (unless you re-subscribe). You will continue to have access to your account until your current subscription expires.

Can I promote Raena AI?

Can I use Raena AI on my phone?

Answer: Yes, you can. Our app is mobile and tablet friendly. Simply visit app.raena.ai/create/quiz on your mobile browser.

Why isn’t my document working on the File Upload feature?

Answer: Currently, the File Upload feature on Raena AI only supports PDF documents. Additional file types like Word and PowerPoint will be supported soon. To use those formats now, you can easily export them to PDF. Once your document is converted, you can upload it to Raena AI successfully!

Are there any student discounts or coupons available?

Answer: We typically do not offer discounts or coupons as our subscription plans are already priced at the most affordable rates possible.

Will I be notified when my trial is about to end?

Answer: We do not send out emails or notifications to our subscribers before their trial is ending. Please review the timeframe of when your trial is coming to an end. You can view the days remaining in the application and by also calculating 144 hours after signing up.
