How to Unsubscribe from Your Raena AI Plan

We’re sorry to see you go! If you need to cancel your free trial or paid subscription, we want to make the process as simple as possible.

  1. Log In: Access your Raena AI account.

  2. Select the dots (More) above your Profile: As pictured below, select the button with the three dots to show the ‘Billing’ button

  1. Select ‘Cancel’

  1. (Alternatively) Cancel Payment through ‘Manage Subscription’: Once inside your Billing Portal, please remove any Payment Method attached. If you don’t do this, your payment subscription will not be cancelled. Ensure you have deleted your connected payment method attached to your subscription to avoid any future deductions.

As outlined in our Terms of Service, all subscription payments are non-refundable. The subscription pricing and billing details are clearly presented on our payment page, both before and after the trial period begins.
