In the Settings feature of Raena AI, users currently have the ability to permanently delete their accounts, along with their subscription. A prompt will appear, reminding users that this action cannot be undone, so it’s important to proceed with caution.

Users also have the ability to edit their profile settings, including changing their profile picture. Add some personality to your account by uploading an image that reflects your style, whether it's a professional photo or something fun that suits you.

To delete your account and cancel your subscription, head over to the red 'Delete Account' section, which will guide you through the process. This will permanently remove all your data from our system, ensuring your personal information is fully protected.

Please note: If you have an active paid subscription with Raena AI and you delete your account, you will no longer retain your paid subscription access and will not be eligible for a refund.
